I must say I find the proposal quite disappointing. While it does stir awareness about the energy consumption of buildings, it gives no clarity on how we can actually bring about changes in our community. It would be beneficial if the plan covered partnerships with local governments and organisations that specialise in renewable energy and sustainable architecture. A mere acknowledgment of the problem without tangible actions does not encourage any real progress. The proposal should offer pathways for collaboration and innovative financing options that enable energy-efficient upgrades in both existing and new structures.
