This proposal appears to overlook the potential strain on our local services, such as health care and education, which may not cope with the increased population density. The anticipation of new shops and services is admirable, but if essential utilities cannot support this growth, then residents will suffer. Furthermore, I believe that it’s crucial to engage more with the community before making such significant decisions. The local residents hold valuable insights which seem to have been disregarded in this proposal. An adjusted plan that includes more comprehensive assessments of service impacts would be preferable.
