The timeline suggested for project delivery seems far too optimistic and does not account for potential setbacks that could arise from complex logistical challenges. Furthermore, there is a distressing absence of contingency planning for unanticipated developments or delays. I believe revising the project timelines and adding a comprehensive risk assessment to the IDP is imperative to avoid frustration down the line.
