Policy H3 is flawed as it lacks provisions for custom house building on individual plots and does not address infrastructure needs. I believe the policy should be revised to clearly require developers to allocate plots for self-building, balancing this with the inevitable construction of standard houses. More careful consideration is needed to ensure the policy effectively encourages self-build opportunities and addresses infrastructure requirements.
