Our local schools and medical centres are already overstretched, and adding hundreds of new homes will only exacerbate these existing issues. Furthermore, the environmental implications of such extensive growth have not been adequately addressed, especially regarding carbon emissions which are already a pressing concern in our community. It is imperative that any plans for growth incorporate detailed assessments of infrastructure capabilities alongside the projected housing developments.
